You explained everything beautifully and made it easy to carry out doing daily exercises between physical therapy appointments. The warm blanket that you put on my neck made me relax so much. Then the massage to my neck and in between my shoulder blades with those blessed hands of yours. As I said to you, it felt like flowers opening up all along my upper spine! Lovely! Next was the firm but gentle moving of my neck into different areas, feeling more range of motion as each week passed. You are an angel that fell off a cloud to help take care of me-truly. You will be in my daily prayers and I will continue to do my exercises. I ordered a new desk chair and that has been working out great.
